Project Overview
Therapist Learning Center provides specialized continuing education and training for mental health professionals. Their offerings had evolved significantly, but their website hadn't kept up — it still reflected an earlier version of the business. On top of that, their courses lived on a separate Kajabi platform, which meant maintaining two systems, two logins, and two user experiences for their students.
They came to us wanting a cleaner, more conversion-focused site that accurately represented their current direction — and ideally, a single platform that handled everything.
The Challenge
The existing site was misaligned with what Therapist Learning Center actually offered. Visitors landed on pages that didn't match the current courses or messaging, which hurt conversions. Meanwhile the Kajabi setup, while functional, added overhead and created a disjointed experience — students would move between the marketing site and the course platform and it felt like two different businesses.
The goal was a site that clearly communicated what they offer, made it easy for mental health professionals to find and sign up for the right course, and brought the whole experience under one roof.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the site in WordPress using Divi, working closely with their existing copy to create a clean, conversion-focused experience built around driving course signups. The design is calm and professional — appropriate for an audience of practicing therapists and counselors — with a clear information hierarchy that gets visitors to the right course quickly.
The more involved part of the project was migrating the course platform from Kajabi into WordPress. Rather than maintaining a separate system, the courses now live directly on the site — same platform, same login, same experience. It simplified the client's workflow considerably and gave students a more cohesive journey from discovery to enrollment.
