Do I have to use all your services, or can I just get a website built?
You can start with just a website build. That said, all new builds and refresh projects require an ongoing Website Management plan — not as an upsell, but because a site without professional upkeep tends to break down quickly. Hosting, security, and updates are part of keeping your investment intact.
What's the difference between a Website Refresh and a full rebuild?
A Refresh improves what's already there — design polish, performance optimization, mobile fixes, usability cleanup. A rebuild starts from scratch with a new strategy and structure. If your current site is on WordPress and the bones are solid, a Refresh is usually the faster, more cost-effective path. If it's built on Wix, Squarespace, or an outdated platform, a new build is typically the right call.
Do you work with businesses that aren't in Portland?
